With a prestigious M.PHIL (International Relations) Degree from NATIONAL DEFENCE UNIVERSITY (NDU), ISLAMABAD, Zainab Shahzad is a highly qualified and dedicated teacher and trainer. Having a firm grip on her subject, she possesses teaching experience in government as well as in private sector.

Introduction
The course is designed for those of you who require an understanding of research approaches and skills, and importantly an ability to deploy them in your studies or in your professional lives. It gives participants a broad overview of global studies research methods. The course covers a range of practical considerations in designing and proceeding with a research project, quantitative and qualitative research strategies and methods, and the skills necessary to write up good quality research.
Teaching method will be interactive, participatory and focus on engaging participants in critical thinking. Participants will be expected to independently engage in a wide range of reading outside of workshop so that they are prepared to positivity engage in discussion.
